Hello to all of you out there!
So we have to take a quick side track from our trip to Wellington, which I promise, more is on the way! But right now I want to share with you a new blog that is being written by my beautiful wife, Carla!
Because I am at work all day, she is taking this year to explore a passion of hers... Baking! She has picked up a New Zealand baking book and she has picked out a lot of recipes that she is going to bake this year, and if she finds she truly loves it, we are going to look into some culinary schools when we get back to the States. But that's not all! If you have seen our apartment, we hardly have a kitchen. Its tiny and doesn't even have an oven, so head on over to her blog and read about her joys and challenges of cooking without a kitchen!
